Welcome to two seminars on Wednesday 6th February 2019, at Kristiansand folkebibliotek, Rådhusgata 11 (Nedre torv):

  • 15.45 – 16.45 Applying for jobs in Norway
  • 17.30 – 18.30 Working with Norwegians

Karin Ellis is the founder of Ellis Culture and the author of "Working with Norwegians" and "Applying for jobs in Norway".

She will present extracts from her books and share a number of tips that may be useful for non-Norwegian job-seekers and employees.

Her books are written for those who did not grow up in Norway and will help you crack the hidden codes in Norwegian job market and workplaces. They provide suggestions on how to deal with the additional challenge of being a foreign job-seeker and/or employee. "Working with Norwegians" also covers the social codes in Norway.

The event will be in English, it is free of charge and you may attend one or both topics.
